Office Administrator

Make It Ealing is looking for an Office Administrator to be a part of a team where no two days are the same. 

We are a Business Improvement District, a statutory body working to deliver a business plan renewed every five years. 

The post is part-time, working 20 or 25 hours a week, and office-based, with no home working.

The job role includes 

  • Day-to-day administration.
  • Filing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other bookkeeping tasks.
  • Office database spreadsheet download and input.
  • Project tracking and updating schedules for project delivery targets.
  • Liaise with BID levy payers and suppliers. Responding to questions and requests for information
  • Collect and deliver information to businesses.
  • Ensure the office stationery and essentials are stocked and serviced.
  • Assist the team with marketing events and activities.

The salary is pro rata of £26,000 pa. The salary is based on 37.5 hours (not including lunch break) per week.
