Estate Coordinator /Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Administrator to join a well renowned Property Management agency on a super high-end scheme here in Ealing.  

The role as an Estate Coordinator /Administrator will be to assist the day-to-day diary of the Estate Manager and the Assistant Estate Manager.

The core duties will include:  

  • Taking phone calls, messages and dealing with email inboxes
  • Booking appointments with residents and contractors
  • Assisting with site walks with visual inspections completed daily
  • Completing and updating logs of works carried out
  • Looking after the social media channels of the site  
  • Maintaining all records ensuing accuracy
  • Supporting the estates management team with booking cover for site staff holidays
  • Report any health & safety discrepancies
  • Any administrative tasks required

We are looking for someone with a strong administrative background to come in and hit the ground running on a very impressive scheme. A successful candidate will be driven, ambitious and well presented as you will be the face of this site for high-end clientele. The following qualifications/skillset is preferred: 

  • Experience in a similar position within leasehold sector ideal, but not essential
  • Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator across all platforms
  • Career-focused and passionate about learning

Working Monday to Friday 9am -530pm  – Salary up to £25,000 with 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays.
