£100 Pavement License about to be made permanent!

The Levelling Up Bill is at the report stage in the House of Lords and requests the provision under sections 1 to 9 of the Business and Planning Act 2020 to be made permanent. If successful, this will be fantastic news for the hospitality sector, saving £1000's per year compared to the council's advertised tables and chairs fees. PDF details here

Business rates discounts for Living Wage employers

Small businesses can offset the cost of paying the living wage against discounts offered against business rates for companies who sign up to be accredited.
