Businesses have to make an Omicron Grant Application via the Grant Approval website. A third-party provider working on behalf of Ealing Council to handle the application process. 

 You will have to register for an account to log in and access the application form.  

Registration requires your name, address, telephone number and date of birth. 

You will be asked for the business postcode and property reference number to access the application. 

The application site advises businesses to go to the VOA website to find their property reference number, a 14 digit number. 

Ensure you insert NN in front of the property reference number, e.g. NN00012345678910; otherwise, you will get an error 14 message saying no grants available.

Applicants can also find their NN number on their business rates bill for the property. 

The application portal will close on 20th February as all grants have to be distributed by 31st March. DO NOT delay applying, as there will be no extension on the deadline.

There are two grants, but businesses can only apply for one. Please read the criteria carefully to ensure you apply on the correct form. OHLG (Omicron Hospitality & Leisure Grant) and OARG (Omicron Additional Restrictions Grant).
