The full detail of business rates discounts is yet to be published. However, a report published on 9th November outlined what was proposed and can be read in the Business toolkit.
So far, we know that the standard multiplier for 2022/23 will remain at 51.2p, the small business multiplier at 49.9p, and eligible retail, hospitality and leisure properties will receive 50% rates relief.
