'Her service is genuine, interested, and she sticks with people to understand what they need and to help them find it. Pamela's day job is Café & Bakery Supervisor. She is also the glamorous hostess at our Wine Tasting Evenings eight times per year. Pamela sets up our Café for 'Frazzled Café' bi-weekly (mental well being peer-peer support group) and has more than played her part in the 20K the store raised for charity in the last 12 months.' Commercial Services award - Noura Mehdinejad - Northfields 'Noura is always on time and upbeat. She takes her role as Lettings Manager very seriously while maintaining a fun and professional work environment. Not only does Noura work hard for Northfields but she also participates fully in our charity partner events supporting the local Log Cabin charity (based in Northfields, W13). She has recently completed a 7km Mud Obstacle course challenge with colleagues raising nearly £2,000. Noura is a local Ealing girl and a great ambassador for Northfields and the local area.' Commercial Business Award - Patricia Brady - REED 'Tricia (Patricia) is a professional powerhouse, she leads by example, consistently motivating, mentoring and training her team, she also tirelessly fundraises for a multitude of charities both inside and outside of work, her most recent being running this year's London Marathon in aid of Help Counselling where she raised over £3,000. She actively promotes Ealing as a place to work, shop, socialise and exercise.'
