Is the cry from gym bunnies starved of their regular workouts. Gyms have had a tough time and still have a long road ahead to get back to normal. Social distancing will impact on the accessibility of what a gym typically offers, and people are pressing the "back to normal" button with trepidation. Elizabeth, the franchise owner of F45 Training Ealing, is thrilled to have reopened but recognises it will be a bumpy road ahead for a while, as gyms could go back into lockdown if the 'R' rate increases. F45 Training methodology focusses on innovation, motivation and results. Alongside keeping fit, F45 prides itself on delivering a social benefit, encouraging their clients to connect, share achievements and vocalise their goals, which develops positive social interaction, better mental health and self-confidence. The motto of "Not a Gym but a Community" has never been more true than in the last four months. As for Covid-19, F45 has worked hard to overcome the issues, by reformatting the workouts and introducing a new programme - CIRCUIT... a contact-less workout with no sharing of equipment. Clients are assigned a cleaned and sanitised two-metre square with all the equipment needed for the class, enabling everyone to participate in a full workout, without having to move around the studio or touch other workstations! The feedback so far is brilliant. Clients appreciate the detailed attention to their health and safety and are responding positively to the reformatted workouts they love in a safe and sanitised environment. Find out more here. |
