“Rayuela” is a Spanish word for Hopscotch. To many of us it brings out the fun memories of playing the game in our childhood. At “Rayuela” the experience of having a meal becomes a game as the table transforms into a hopscotch court. By jumping from one dish to another we invite you to combine flavours to taste the variety of our menu at each hopscotch square. Each week our chefs develop a new variation of the culinary hopscotch based on fresh products in season. Every element of the menu, from vegetables to meats and fish, are treated with the highest level of respect to preserve their essential and natural flavours. What makes these flavours stand out is our use of charcoal grill. We also respect tradition and offer a set menu of classic Spanish recipes for lunch.
