We use PFM-Intelligence as our footfall provider for insight into how our retail and commercial visitors use the area. In addition, we benchmark visitor percentages in the surrounding areas of Southall, Chiswick, and Westfields so we can monitor and compare. PFM-Intelligence helps us collect and analyse data on footfall in the area, which is crucial for understanding visitor trends and planning future initiatives.
