Bright Lights Employment Programme

British Land’s Bright Lights employment programme is fast approaching and has been designed to help support local employers in accessing a wide variety of local talent. The Launch Group in partnership with British Land have designed a bespoke customer service recruitment programme to help prepare local talent for the upcoming busy recruitment period in retail and hospitality. We are keen to establish relationships with local employers, gaining an understanding of how we can best source and prepare candidates for their opportunities.

Our candidates will develop key skills such as customer service, conflict management and communication. In addition, candidates will be able to showcase their commitment and desire to work in this sector through completing the programme. Local employers who participate in the Bright Lights programme will then have access to our talent pool of highly motivated and freshly upskilled participants from which to interview for their vacancies.

This bespoke programme offers a fantastic opportunity for Ealing residents to develop skills and gain employment, including:

  • Career Insight Sessions – you’ll get to speak with hiring managers and find out more about the roles they’re offering.
  • You’ll receive interview preparation and direct links with potential employers.
  • Throughout the programme, you’ll receive outstanding training and interactive opportunities to develop your teamwork, customer service and interview skills.
  • Up to six months’ specialist support from The Launch Group’s recruitment and training team. Upon programme completion, they can provide you with free, additional one-to-one training and career support.
