The Employee of the Year scheme, now in its 4th year, is a testament to our commitment to recognising and rewarding exceptional employees within the BID area. This initiative is not just about the management but about all of us, as your nominations make it possible. Over 18 employees have already been honoured for their diligence and loyalty. The scheme is a fantastic opportunity for Make It Ealing businesses to show appreciation and motivate their teams.
