American Express restaurant grant programme is back!

Small independent restaurants in London and Manchester can now apply for a share of £220,000 to help grow their businesses as an American Express-supported grant programme returns to the UK for a third year. 

The grants are aimed at Independent businesses in the hospitality sector, and the winners receive £11,000 each.

This year, the UK programme expands to Manchester, a well-known city for its vibrant restaurant scene. Twenty eligible restaurants of community significance across Manchester and London will each receive a grant of £11,000 to enhance their business operations and diners’ experience in the months ahead. These improvements will impact business growth and sustainability long-term, allowing owners to grow their customer base and increase community vibrancy.

The deadline for applications is 30 May 2024.
