Ahead of any permanent decision in the Levelling up bill, the Business & Planning Act has extended the pavement license fee of £100 until September 30 2024.

 

Ealing Council have yet to update the pavement license page, but remember there is no online application. The form has to be downloaded. We assume it will be a replica of the 2022-3 form, which you can download here.
