New Business: Blank Street

Blank Street Coffee on 60 The Broadway are focussing on enhancing your coffee ritual.

In August 2020, they launched with a 5′ x 10′ coffee cart nestled in the garden of the Wythe diner in Brooklyn NYC. Their operation was simple and the footprint was small, which let them remove costs that didn’t benefit customers or baristas.

Their remit was to source top of the range specialty coffees from around the world, serve clean and fresh food sourced locally, and pay the baristas above market wages.
