We understandThe Business and Planning Act 2020 has beenamendedextending the date of the legislation that applies to pavement licenses – from 30th September 2022, to 30th September 2023. These changes were brought into effect on 22nd July 2022.
Information on the council website is out of date, but we anticipate the council will consider and implement the recommended fee of £100 per application, expiring on 30th September 2023
